Inappropriate Conduct

• Engage in any conduct that could damage our reputation

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or offer promotions at any time
• Promotional prices are valid only during the specified period
• You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your purchases

Payment Processing

Refund Policy

Arbitration Agreement

Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS, CLASS ARBITRATIONS, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTIONS.

Limitation Period

Any claim or cause of action arising from these Terms or your use of our services must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose, or it shall be forever barred.

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Following the account deletion process in your account settings

Note: Account deletion does not entitle you to any refund of paid fees.

Termination by Us

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to access and use our services immediately ceases
• All licenses granted to you under these Terms are revoked
• You must cease all use of our content and materials
• You must delete all downloaded materials in your possession
• We may delete your account data and content
• You remain liable for all obligations incurred prior to termination

Survival

The following provisions survive termination: intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Intimacy.School regarding your use of our services.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by us.

Assignment

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters, acts of God
• War, terrorism, civil unrest
• Government actions or regulations
• Internet or telecommunications failures
• Pandemics or public health emergencies

Relationship of Parties

Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and Intimacy.School. You have no authority to bind us in any way.

Language

These Terms are written in English. Any translations are provided for convenience only. In case of conflict, the English version prevails.
