Fraudulent Activity

Illegal Activities

• Infringe upon the rights of others

5. Purchases, Payments & Refunds

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or offer promotions at any time
• Promotional prices are valid only during the specified period
• You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your purchases

Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Razorpay's terms and conditions.

We do not store complete payment card information on our servers.

Taxes

• You are responsible for all applicable taxes
• Prices may not include GST or other applicable taxes
• Tax amounts will be calculated and displayed at checkout

Refund Policy

Subscriptions

For recurring subscription products:

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for renewal fees
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial periods or early cancellation
• Subscription fees may change with 30 days notice

Failed Payments

Maximum Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

If you have not paid us any fees, our liability is limited to INR 500 (Five Hundred Rupees).

12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction and Venue

You agree that:

• Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Bengaluru, India
• You submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts
• You waive any objection to venue in such courts

Arbitration Agreement

Dispute Resolution Process:

Before filing any legal action, you agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation. Contact us at help@intimacy.school to initiate resolution.

If negotiation fails within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

• Arbitration shall be conducted in Bengaluru, India
• The language of arbitration shall be English
• Each party shall bear its own costs
• The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding

Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS, CLASS ARBITRATIONS, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTIONS.

13. Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Contacting us at help@intimacy.school
• Following the account deletion process in your account settings

Note: Account deletion does not entitle you to any refund of paid fees.

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account and access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of our platform or other users
• Sharing or distributing our content without authorization
• Chargebacks or payment disputes
• Any conduct harmful to our business
• At our sole discretion for any reason

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to access and use our services immediately ceases
• All licenses granted to you under these Terms are revoked
• You must cease all use of our content and materials
• You must delete all downloaded materials in your possession
• We may delete your account data and content
• You remain liable for all obligations incurred prior to termination

14. General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Intimacy.School regarding your use of our services.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by us.

Assignment

We may assign or transfer these Terms and our rights and obligations at any time without notice to you.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights without our prior written consent. Any attempted assignment in violation of this provision is void.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters, acts of God
• War, terrorism, civil unrest
• Government actions or regulations
• Internet or telecommunications failures
• Pandemics or public health emergencies
