Intimacy.School exclusively offers digital products. We do not sell or ship any physical goods.

Instant Access: All digital products are delivered electronically immediately upon successful payment. There is no physical shipping involved.

2. No Shipping Required

Since we offer only digital products, no physical shipping is required or provided.

3. Refund Policy

⚠️ IMPORTANT: ALL DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Due to the nature of digital products and instant access upon purchase, we do not offer refunds on any digital products under any circumstances.

No Refunds Policy Applies To:

  • All digital content and resources
  • Membership subscriptions (see Subscription Cancellation section)
  • Bundle purchases and package deals
  • Products purchased during sales or with discount codes

Why We Don't Offer Refunds

Instant Digital Delivery: Once you complete your purchase, you immediately gain full access to the digital content. Unlike physical products, digital products cannot be "returned" as you retain access to the knowledge and materials.

4. Exceptions & Special Circumstances

Duplicate Purchases

  • Contact us within 48 hours with both order numbers
  • We will verify the duplicate and process a refund for one transaction

Payment Processing Errors

  • If you were charged but did not receive product access due to a payment gateway error
  • If you were charged multiple times for a single purchase

Fraudulent Transactions

  • If your payment method was used without your authorization
  • Report to us immediately and also contact your bank/payment provider

6. Subscription Cancellations

For recurring subscription-based products or memberships:

Cancellation Process

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard
  • Alternatively, contact us at help@intimacy.school to request cancellation
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will retain access to subscription content until the end of the paid period

No Refunds for Subscription Cancellations

Important: Canceling a subscription does not entitle you to a refund for:

  • The current billing period (already paid)
  • Any previous billing periods
  • Partial months or unused time within a billing cycle

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid period, and you will continue to have full access during this time.

Billing Cycle Information

  • Monthly subscriptions renew every 30 days from purchase date
  • Annual subscriptions renew every 365 days from purchase date
  • You will receive a reminder email 7 days before renewal
  • Ensure you cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period

7. Payment Processing

We accept payments through Razorpay, which supports:

Payment Security

Currency

Platform Changes

We reserve the right to:

Account Termination

  • Share login credentials with unauthorized users
  • Engage in piracy or unauthorized distribution of our content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell our products

No refunds will be provided for accounts terminated due to policy violations.

Download Limits

  • Downloadable products can typically be downloaded up to 5 times
  • If you need additional downloads, contact support with your order details
  • We recommend saving backup copies of downloaded materials

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

Chargeback Policy

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation
